Last Saturday 13th July saw the first “Crayke School Family Camping Trip” – it was held by kind permission of Ronnie & Beth Alexander at Lakeside Bunk House, Redcar Farm, Gilling East, YO62 4JA http://www.northyorkmoors-stay.co.uk/accommodation/lakeside-bunk-house/photo/
As you can see from the photos a fantastic time was had by all (young and old). The weather was amazing, people arrived from 1.30pm onwards to set up camp, Ronnie had organised a family Scavanger Hunt, the BBQ was lit and tea cooked, Chasa provided the children with marshmallows to toast which was great fun.
I would like to thank Ronnie & Beth for providing such a wonderful venue, and everyone for making the effort to come – a really fantastic time was had by all and as such I think we will make this an annual event.
