We have been invited to take part in the Key Stage One Fun Run on Wednesday, 22nd April from 1.00 – 3.00 p.m. at Easingwold School. There will be a large number of children taking part in four separate races for Year 1 girls/boys and Year 2 girls/boys. There will also be multi-skills activity stations for the children to take part in.
The children will need winter P.E. kit, i.e. jogging bottoms and warm tops, suitable sturdy trainers, together with a warm coat to wear while waiting for their event. Children will also need a drink and a snack.
We will transport the children to Easingwold in a coach, but as you can imagine, the cost has been quite considerable for 23 children and we would, therefore, be grateful for a donation of £2 towards the hire of this transport. Children will return to school for 3.30 p.m.
I would be grateful if you could email permission for your child to take part in this event asap and send in your donation towards the hire of the coach in a named envelope.
