In music, Class 3 are learning a song about the journey of a river. Mrs Halliday (the class music teacher,) has asked any children who are confident players of a ‘gentle-sounding’ instrument, to bring these in on Monday 2nd October.
It is important that they can get on independently after brief instruction of which notes to play, in order to make the lesson and variety of instruments manageable. Any children without instruments from home, will still be involved in using percussion and pitched instruments such as the xylophone.
We ask that at this time, no brass instruments are brought in for this lesson, as it won’t fit the piece of music we are accompanying.
