Following our SIAMS inspection on the 9th March 2018, I am delighted to announce that Crayke Church of England Primary School has been judged outstanding in all areas.
The findings in each area of the inspection are as follows:
- The school, through its distinctive Christian character, is outstanding at meeting the needs of all learners
- The impact of collective worship on the school community is outstanding
- The effectiveness of the leadership and management of the school as a church school is outstanding
The report really captures all that is special about our wonderful school. It recognises the maturity, sensitivity, and excellent behaviour for learning that our children demonstrate; this is nurtured by the hard work and commitment of a skilled staff team. The importance of our close links with the wider community, and the effectiveness of our Governing Body are also acknowledged in the report.
I would like to congratulate and thank all those connected with our school who have contributed to this achievement.
