The Childhood Immunisation Team are requesting your assistance in helping your child/ren to complete a short survey on their experience of having the flu vaccination in school with their nurses. As a result of the survey, they hope to gain more of an understanding of the children’s experience and use this to improve their service next year.
It is a very short survey and should only take a couple of minutes to complete. The questions are aimed at primary school children and they should be able to answer them quite confidently themselves. Younger children may need more support from you.
