Good afternoon children,
We hope that you are all well and having a good week. I hope that you remember that I like to give you all challenges from time to time… Well, today’s final post is a request to get you involved in something a bit different. You have done such a good job of doing different creative things whilst you haven’t been at school and we have all loved seeing the photographs of you doing art, science, gardening, forest schools, cooking and so on. We have got some brilliant photos of the things you did yesterday for Earth Day and they will be posted on the website tomorrow.
We would like next week’s Wall of Fame to give the Crayke school family a chance to say thank you to keyworkers and here’s where you come in. We would like you, and your family, to be as creative as you like and to send us a photograph showing your thanks. Your photographs can be emailed to me on headteacher@crayke.n-yorks.sch.uk We have asked the staff and governors, and their families, to get involved too so hopefully by the end of next week there will be lots of photographs of your friends all saying a big thank you to people who are doing such an amazing job helping others at the moment. We’ve put this up today to give you a chance to get your creative thinking caps on over the next week.
Below are a couple of ideas to get you started. You could also send us a photo of you clapping at 8pm tonight or a photo of a rainbow you have put in your window. We know that you’ll come up with some brilliantly original ideas yourselves so here’s our chance to say a jolly big thank you and well done to those who deserve it.
