Parent Consultation Evenings – Week Commencing 22 March

This term, these meetings will be taking place as video meetings using software some of you with older children may be familiar with – School Cloud.  The booking system will go live this afternoon and can be accessed here: https://craykece.schoolcloud.co.uk/

Appointments for each class will be available on the following days and times for each class:

Class 3 – Mrs Rayner	N/A	Afternoon 1:00pm – 3:10pm	Evening 3:50pm – 6:00pm
Class 4 – Mrs Chandler	Afternoon 1:10pm – 3:30pm	N/A	Evening 3:50pm – 6:50pm

 

The bookings will be automatically created when you follow the links and prompts once you have signed in.

Please note the information you enter must match that on our records so for example using the full name Alexander rather than shortened version Alex.  You only need to enter one child’s details, but it will automatically link to their siblings so you can book all appointments in one place.

We would strongly encourage parents who don’t live together to attend the same appointment if at all possible.  This will ensure that the same information is being shared with both parties at the same time.  This can be done by one parent booking the appointment and then following the prompts to invite the other parent to join the appointment. Only in exceptional circumstances, where this is absolutely not a possibility, please book separate appointments.
