Dear Parents/Carers of children in Holly and Oak Class
The children have been working hard rehearsing for their two performances of Hagbane’s Doom the week after next.
The performances are scheduled to take place on Tuesday 11 July at 2pm and again on Wednesday 12 July at 6pm.
As mentioned in this week’s newsletter, this will be a ticketed event and each family will be given an allocation of 3 tickets. These can be used at either all at one performance or split between the two. We have a ticket limit for each performance, so tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis for each performance. Wherever possible, please can younger children not be brought to the evening performance, as seats will be at a premium. Younger siblings in school will have already watched the performance.
Please can you complete the MS Form using the following link to let us know your ticket requirements. Please complete the form no later than midday on Wednesday 5 July. Tickets will be issued for children to bring home with them at the end of the day on Friday. Following this, depending on initial demand, there may be a possibility of additional tickets becoming available. Please indicate your interest on the MS form. Priority will be given to parents and carers of Year 6 children in this instance.
