Good afternoon,
As of 4pm today (Friday 8 December) unfortunately our boiler is not working and therefore we have no heating. Efforts to try to secure a repair over the weekend have so far been unsuccessful as we await the necessary replacement parts.
I have been assured of an engineer visit first thing on Monday morning. We will make every best endeavour to open school as normal on Monday but wanted to give you advance warning to be sure to send your child/ren in with warm clothes as the building will be colder than usual at the beginning of the day.
If there are any further updates to this somewhat unexpected situation, we will notify all parents and carers via our text messaging service. Please assume that we will be open as normal unless you hear otherwise.
