The flu vaccine will once again be offered to all primary school age children this year. Please see below a link to a letter from Vaccination UK giving details of how to provide consent. In addition, there is a link to an information leaflet about the immunisation programme.
The team will be administering the vaccine in school on Friday 24 November. Please complete the consent form whether you do or do not wish for your child/ren to have the vaccine.
