Thank you all for your support this morning. The decision to close school is never made lightly, but we are committed to always acting in the interests of the safety and well-being of all children, families and staff.
We fully anticipate being able to reopen tomorrow morning, as long as the access roads are passable. Please assume we will do so, unless you hear otherwise from school, which will be via text message.
Please use the time at home with your children today to read with them and allow them to complete their maths work on times tables and/or the 1 Minute maths app. Older children could maybe also write a recount of the exciting day that school was closed and about what they did instead.
